'Cuse It Up!

Well my title may confuse some people not knowing what it means but in Syracuse it means Lets Go Syracuse!:) Today I went to my first Syracuse basketball game with tickets I won from school with my older sister Hannah. It was so much fun as well as a great game. We played and won against Marquette! We both had a great time! I think one of the highlights was doing the wave about 3 or 4 times in a row! It was also great because at first we were so far ahead and then they caught up after half time. At one point they were only 2 points behind but never got ahead. We won with a pretty close score, maybe 6-10 points ahead. It was fantastic! I won the tickets the day before Christmas break. What we did was bring in canned foods that were delivered to a food shelter. Your name got put in a hat 1 time for every can you brought in. At the end of the day the whole school went to the auditorium to play the Price is Right, a TV game show. Long story short, my name got picked, I got some prices right, and won SU men's basketball tickets and a parking pass and the seats were great! I had a great time as I can imagine so did many other people did! 'Cuse it Up!!!!

New Year!

It's finally 2012, a new year! For me, the new year is always great. The new year is a time to put aside the past. I love God everyday and moment but for me the new year is like a new start with Him. He will always forgive you of your sins. In the past I have always tried to start a Bible reading schedule and this year I finally am and my new years resolution is to finish reading it.:) Well I want to know your New Years Resolution!
